I think this is the first time I have made bread since I left Great Harvest. Oh how I miss real bread. This one had a starter (which I left overnight) plus four rises. It was an all day affair.

Beautiful! The curst is perfect and the inside looks so tender and moist and good. I am making soup tonight, if you lived closer to me I would invite you guys and your bread over.
